Sweet n Sour Ribs

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds pork spareribs, cut into serving-size pieces

  • 1-1/2 cups ketchup

  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar

  • 1/2 cup vinegar

  • 1/2 cup honey

  • 1/3 cup soy sauce

  • 1 1/2 tsp ground ginger

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 3/4 tsp ground mustard

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

  • Place ribs in the bottom of a slow cooker
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in bowl.  Pour over ribs
  • Cook on low for 8 hours
