Ingredients
4 large potatoes, mashed
1/4 cup shredded chedder cheese
1 cup carrots
1 cup peas
1 onion, chopped
1 pound lean ground beef
1 tbsp purpose flour
2 tbsp gravy mix
2 tbsp HP sauce
1/2 cup water or beef broth

Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 F
- Prepare mashed potatoes as you would serve them (i.e. with butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper). Add cheese to mashed potatoes
- Cook carrots and roughly mash
- Cook ground beef with onions. Add flour, gravy mix, broth, and HP. Simmer 5 mins until thick
- Layer beef, carrots, peas, and potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika
- Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes until golden brown
