Salsa (Fresh)

Ingredients

  • 6 roma tomatoes

  • 1 green pepper

  • 1 red onion

  • 4 fresh jalapeno peppers, with seeds

  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

  • 4 cloves garlic

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper

  • salt to taste

Directions

  • Chop ingredients in a food processor
  • Mix, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving
