Ingredients
1 prime rib
1 tbsp horseradish
2 tbsp dijon mustard
2 tsp salt and pepper
2 tsp thyme
2 tsp garlic powder
4 celery stalks
1 carrot
1 onion
2 tsp beef base (paste)
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450F
- Rub roast with horseradish and mustard
- Mix together salt, pepper, thyme, garlic. Sprinkle over roast
- Place vegetables in roaster
- Cook at 450F for 30 minutes
- Cook at 325F for 13-15 minutes per pound (For med-rare)
