Chicken Legs in BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup ketchup

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1/3 cup vinegar

  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard

  • 2 teaspoons chili powder

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 12 chicken legs

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 500 F
  • In a small saucepan over medium heat, stir together ingredients. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes
  • Place the chicken in a baking dish, and pour the sauce over them. Cover with tinfoil
  • Bake, covered, for 15 minutes
  • Reduce the temperature to 300 F. Bake, covered, for 15 minutes
  • Remove cover. Stir and bake uncovered for 30 minutes
