Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 F. Place rack in center of oven
- Crinkle a large sheet of aluminum foil. Line large baking sheet with aluminum foil. The crinkles will create valleys to hold the fat from the bacon
- Arrange bacon in a single layer
- Season with fresh ground pepper
- Cook for 20 minutes or to desired crispiness. Note, if you use regular cut bacon, cooking time will be reduced to about 12-15 minutes
