Lemon Butter

Ingredients

  • 2 cups butter

  • 3 lemons, juiced

  • 2 lemon, sliced

  • 6 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 jalapeno

  • 1-2 stalks lemon grass

  • 2 green onions, sliced thin

  • 1 tbsp red pepper flakes

  • lemon zest of 2 lemons

  • lime zest of 1 lime

  • sea salt to taste

Directions

  • Clarify butter on lowest heat
  • Add remaining ingredients
  • Melt over low heat to let flavors develop.  At least 1/2 hour.  Skim butter as required
