Jalapeno Popper Dip

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of bacon, chopped

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese softened

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 3 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped

  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar

  • 1/3 cup panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • Tortilla chips

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • In small pan, cook bacon until crisp.  Remove and drain on paper towel
  • In large bowl combine all ingredients (except bread crumbs and butter).  Mix well.  Transfer to a baking dish
  • Combine panko bread crumbs and butter.  Sprinkle over mixture
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes until top is golden brown
  • Serve with chips
