  • 1 pound ground beef

  • 1 pound ground pork

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs

  • 1 onion, diced

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

  • 1 tsp Italian spices

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper
