Ingredients
4 halibut fillets
2 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot, finely chopped
3/4 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Heat oven to 425 F
- Brush halibut with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper
- Arrange in a lightly greased baking dish
- Bake for 15 to minutes
- Meanwhile, heat butter and sauté shallot
- Add cream, dill, parsley, and salt and pepper to taste
- Bring to a boil
- Serve sauce over halibut
