Ingredients
4 salmon fillets
1/2 cup orange marmalade
2 teaspoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ginger root, grated
1 garlic clove, minced
3 tablespoons white rice vinegar
3 tablespoons white rice vinegar
Directions
- Heat grill or oven to 375 F
- Combine marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, green onion bottoms, garlic and rice vinegar. Simmer on low heat
- Brush glaze on each side of salmon
- Grill or cook in oven for 12 minutes per inch
- Top with green onion tops
