Grilled Salmon with Orange Glaze

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 1/2 cup orange marmalade

  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce

  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger root, grated

  • 1 garlic clove, minced

  • 3 tablespoons white rice vinegar

  • 3 tablespoons white rice vinegar

Directions

  • Heat grill or oven to 375 F
  • Combine marmalade, oil, soy sauce, ginger, green onion bottoms, garlic and rice vinegar.  Simmer on low heat
  • Brush glaze on each side of salmon
  • Grill or cook in oven for 12 minutes per inch
  • Top with green onion tops
