Ingredients

  • Sugar cookie dough

  • 8 oz. cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • Fruit (such as strawberries, bananas, kiwi, etc.)

  • Strawberry glaze

Directions

  • Prepare cookie dough.  Spread on round cookie sheet
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until light
  • Spread on crust
  • Arrange fruit
  • Glaze and chill
