Cocoa Cherry Bon-Bons

Ingredients

  • 1 cup icing sugar

  • 1/2 cup cocoa

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1 cup almonds, finely chopped

  • 24 maraschino cherries, well drained

Directions

  • Sift together sugar and cocoa
  • Melt butter in pan until bubbling.  Remove from heat
  • Blend cocoa, sugar, and nuts into butter
  • Shape around cherries and roll
  • Roll in almonds
  • Chill
