Ingredients- Dip
6 tbsp sour cream
1 cup ceasar salad dressing
1-1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese, finely grated
1-1/2 tbsp green onion, finely chopped
1/4 tsp dried chilli flakes
- INGREDIENTS – POTATOES
4 large russet potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Mix together dip ingredients
- Refrigerate for 2 hours to let flavours develop
- Preheat oven to 400F
- Grease 2 baking sheets
- Toss the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper
- Lay out slices on baking sheets in a single layer
- Bake 8-10 minutes on the first side, until golden
- Flip and bake another 8-10 minutes, until golden
- Serve with dip
