Directions
- Rinse rice in strainer under cold water for 30 seconds
- Bring 12 cups water to boil in a large pot
- Add the rice, stir, and boil for 30 minutes
- Pour the rice into a strainer and drain for 10 seconds. Return to pot
- Cover and set aside to let rice steam for 10 minutes
- Uncover, and fluff with a fork
- Season with salt
