Ingredients
Green bell pepper, 2
Roma tomatoes, 3
Olive oil, 2 tbsp
Hot sauce, 1 tsp
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Garlic clove, grated
Parsley, 1/4 cup, chopped
Salt, 1/2 tsp
Pepper, to taste
Directions
- Thinly slice peppers and cut tomatoes into wedges
- Mix remaining ingredients well and toss over vegetables.
