Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients

  • Ground beef, 1 pound

  • Garlic clove, minced

  • Mushrooms, 3/4 pound, sliced

  • Flour, 3 tbsp

  • Beef broth, 2 cups

  • Worcestershire, 2 tsp

  • Sour cream, 3/4 cup

  • Parsley, fresh, 2 tbsp

  • Egg noodles

Directions

  • Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
  • Add broth and worcestershire. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Cook egg noodles.
  • Remove beef mixture from heat and stir in sour cream and parsley.
  • Serve over egg noodles.
