Beef Stew

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, (Cut into bite sized pieces)

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp pepper

  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped

  • 2 celery ribs, sliced

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 6 oz can tomato paste

  • 1 box (946mL) beef broth

  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 cups baby carrots

  • 4-5 small red potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces (about 3 cups)

  • 1 tbsp dried parsley

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 1 cup frozen corn

  • 1/4 cup flour

  • 1/4 cup water

Directions

  • Combine everything except flour, water, peas, and corn in slow cooker
  • Cook on low for 10 hours
  • About 30 minutes before serving, mix the flour and water together in a small bowl and add to slow cooker. Add the frozen peas and corn. Mix well. Continue cooking
