Pork Chops in BBQ Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops

  • 1-1/3 cup onions, chopped

  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

  • 1 tablespoon worchestire sauce

  • 3 tablespoons vinegar

  • 1 cup ketchup

  • 1 cup water

  • salt and pepper

Directions

  • Brown pork chops.  Drain
  • Mix remaining ingredients into pan.  Cover.  Simmer 1 hour
