Ingredients
Beets, 4 cups, diced
Onion, 1, diced
Carrots, 1 cup, diced
Potatoes, 2, diced
Dill, fresh, 1/2 cup
Green beans, 1/2 cup, diced
Peas, 1/2 cup
Tomatoes, 1 can
Garlic, 2 cloves, minced
Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Lemon juice, 2 tsp
Salt and pepper, to taste
Water, 6 cups
Directions
- Saute onion in pan until soft.
- Slow cooker
- Add all ingredients to slow cooker.
- Cook 10 to 12 hours on low or 5 to 6 hours on high
- Stovetop
- Cook 1-1/2 to 2 hours on low.
- Serve
- Serve with a tablespoon of sour cream in each bowl.
