Ingredients
Ground beef, 1 pound
Garlic clove, minced
Mushrooms, 3/4 pound, sliced
Flour, 3 tbsp
Beef broth, 2 cups
Worcestershire, 2 tsp
Sour cream, 3/4 cup
Parsley, fresh, 2 tbsp
Egg noodles
Directions
- Brown ground beef, onion, and garlic.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in flour and cook 1 minute.
- Add broth and worcestershire. Add salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
- Cook egg noodles.
- Remove beef mixture from heat and stir in sour cream and parsley.
- Serve over egg noodles.
