Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts
Fettuccine noodles to serve 4
Salt
Pepper (preferably white pepper)
1/4 cup butter
1 cup heavy cream
1garlic clove
1 1/2 cups Gruyere cheese
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Directions
- Cook pasta in a boiling pot of water
- Cut chicken into strips
- Cook chicken in a skillet over medium-high heat. Seasons with salt and pepper
- Remove from skillet
- Clean skillet
- Melt butter over medium-low heat
- Add cream and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add garlic and cheese and whisk quickly until smooth
- Drain pasta
- Stir together parsley and chicken and pasta
- Mix well
- Serve
